Imani Busby, founder of Lift Every Voice, is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in early intervention and preschool-aged support. Using a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach, she focuses on child-led play and functional routines to make therapy feel natural and engaging.

Imani integrates various communication supports, including Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC), to help children connect with the world in ways that are most meaningful to them. By prioritizing family collaboration, she empowers caregivers to embed growth strategies into their daily lives, turning every interaction into an opportunity for connection.
